At Modest Coffee we believe that great coffee should be accessible to everyone. We take the guesswork out of choosing a single origin coffee by carefully curating green coffees and applying them to one of our set tiers based on cupping score, price, flavor notes, and roast level. We work with small farmers and often purchase their entire crop. Once it sells out, we move on to another farm or region. Basically, our single origin coffee is always seasonally rotating. We select our favorites and roast them special for you!
